  • You means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Delivery Policy 

Mrs. H Delivery partners with various domestic companies, small businesses, restaurants and local stores on the island of Barbados to offer You the best value on receiving the Goods purchased. Mrs. H Delivery reserves the right to change Our partners but will endeavor to adequately inform our customers in advance of any changes impacting delivery. General information will be displayed on the footer on every page of the Mrs. H Delivery Website. Changes specific to Your order will be communicated to You via, telephone call or email. Local Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are delivered directly to You based on the availability of Goods.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed. When this occurs, We will contact You via telephone call or email to confirm an updated delivery time and date at your convenience.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Delivery cost: $12BBD
  • Estimated delivery time: 45 mins to 2 business days
  • Delivery location: Island wide

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days based on the contract. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Gratitude Beads Website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees, not limited to tariffs, taxes, miscellaneous customs fees, etc. imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Insurance & Damages

Gratitude Beads Website is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
